Problem

DHL needed to align its traditional courier processes and practices with its client PACCAR México’s requirement to execute partial, sequenced deliveries in accordance with the Just-in-Time production system.

Solution

In collaboration with Grupo Red, a shipment management system and a Warehouse Management System were developed, enabling DHL to meet its client’s operational requirements.

Result

In addition to complying with the logistics schedule, errors were reduced and losses were minimized. The system also enabled DHL to offer this new delivery model to other clients, increasing the competitiveness of its service portfolio.
