The automotive workshop CARMEC required a simple and efficient way to organize and manage its operations, centralizing customer information and service history in one place.

A system was developed to track vehicle evaluations with insurance companies for authorization within the AudaClaims Gold system and to maintain a repair process log through AudaTrade. Additionally, a mobile app was implemented for vehicle intake, including digital signatures from both the customer and the manager.

Processes were optimized, operational costs were reduced, and real-time reporting was enabled. Productivity and profitability increased, along with improved staff management and better utilization of human and material resources.
