Problem
The organization sought to create an ecosystem registry to integrate a portfolio of services and/or products that would be easily accessible and usable by its own ecosystem as well as by regional or international organizations, aligned with identified and required needs.
Solution
A platform was developed enabling companies to join the business registry through profiling and characterization processes, validated for growth and expansion based on performance indicators that highlight opportunity areas. It also includes a job board where stakeholders can publish open positions on the website.
Result
Active participation increased among entrepreneurs and across the sector ecosystem represented by the cluster.
