Problem
Panasonic required a way to simplify the entry of General Expenses for each department within a unified system.
Solution
A system was implemented to consolidate all fixed cost data and provide consolidated reports and queries for the Finance Department, including the development of interfaces with Oracle and the Tress system.
Result
Effort and time required to generate reports were reduced for both Finance and individual departments in their Fixed Cost analysis, along with the implementation of KPI dashboards by department.
