VYAIRE needed to reassess its current DCN process to reduce generation wait times, as responses to each assignment request ranged from two hours to one day. This caused delays in activities that required prompt document number allocation.

A system was developed and integrated with the existing platforms to control DCN number assignments and the issuance of new document numbers.
