Problem
Panasonic needed to streamline the entry of General Expenses for each Department into a common system.
Solution
A system was implemented to consolidate all fixed cost data and provide consolidated reports and queries to the Finance Department. Interfaces were also developed with Oracle and the Tress System.
Result
Effort and time in obtaining reports for Finance and each department for Fixed Cost Analysis were reduced, along with departmental indicator dashboards.
